What are eyelash extensions?
Eyelash extensions are individual fibers attached to each natural lash so your lashes look longer, thicker and darker. The goal is a made-up look without mascara or other eye makeup.
With proper care, extensions typically last through the natural lash growth cycle, about six weeks to two months, with regular refills to keep them full.
Extensions come in different materials, lengths and curls to suit your preferences and your budget.
Before your first set, you’ll complete the lash consent form, including allergies and eye conditions.

- Over 4 weeks, or fewer than 20 lashes per eye, is priced as a full set.
Refill pricing is based on how many weeks since your last appointment. Week 1 to Week 4 are counted from the date of your last lash appointment.

What to expect
Lash appointments take about 45 minutes to 2½ hours, depending on the type of lashes. Before your first set, you’ll complete the lash consent form, including allergies and eye conditions. Ask May about a patch test 24–48 hours before your appointment.
Lash aftercare
- Avoid water and steam on your lashes for 24–48 hours
- Skip oil-based products near your eyes
- Don’t rub your eyes or pull on extensions
- No mechanical eyelash curlers
- Clean your lashes gently with an approved lash cleanser
- Avoid mascara unless it’s lash-safe
- Book fills every 2–3 weeks
- Avoid sleeping face-down
